Discover The Matrix, Integrity: The True Mark of Leadership is a must-read, says readers!

“In a world where crisis looms large, the true peril lies in failing to perceive the uncharted territory within. Today's leaders face unprecedented challenges, demanding 'real leaders' who transcend our innate human flaws and propel us toward greatness. This book equips leaders with the essential tools to navigate the abyss, to bridge the gaps, and to transcend limitations with integrity. Angela Cusack, once my executive coach and a fellow junior league member, fearlessly invites us to 'Discover the Matrix.' Chapter six, 'The Intersection,' is my personal favorite, urging us to cast aside the waiting game of yesteryears and embrace the present, for ourselves, and for a brighter tomorrow."

~Terri Broussard Williams, author of "Find Your Fire: Stories and Tools to Ignite the Changemaker in You."

“Do you want more peace of mind? You won’t find it in techniques or knowledge. It will only be found as a symptom of your Integrity. When parts of you are out of alignment or based upon faulty assumptions, there will always be “a disturbance in the Force.” Spend some truly thoughtful time with Angela Cusack in this book Discover the Matrix, Integrity: The True Mark of Leadership.

As she does in private consultations, you'll be guided to think deeply about what matters to you and how you’re dealing with it. You will also be inspired by the examples and concepts that she combines in ways you haven’t seen before. This book can be your Instrument of life change. It truly will guide you back to a place of strength, courage, honesty, and meaning.”

~Jim Cathcart, CSP, CPAE Top 1% TEDx speaker, Bestselling Author, Hall of Fame professional speaker

“I just finished reading The Matrix and found it thought-provoking and very well written. I am a retired paralegal, and as such, I was not part of the management team at my firm. However, I was interested in what makes a good leader as I often felt that while our management team was full of really great people, I was not convinced they were great leaders. I, too, think there were things I should have done differently, but I lacked the courage to tackle the issues with management that I thought were important.

My daughter is in management with a large company and often shares issues she has with me. I mentioned your book to her and am sharing it with her as I think a lot of what you cover in your book would be beneficial to her.”

Discover The Matrix, as promised, delivers the key insights entrepreneurs, CEOs, executive leaders, and organizations need to amplify their leadership and leverage their collective intelligence. It reveals the secrets to igniting success that leaders seek and yet don’t realize is within their grasp.

Angela shares her Interflow Model™ for Leadership-Culture-Brand alignment. This model offers a mental map for ordering complex data and experience. Like a matrix, mini-models are embedded within each other, flowing into each other, mixing together, and a continuous reciprocal movement. This flow is always present whether we realize it or not. The question is, what is the state and quality of the flow?

Discover The Matrix invites readers and listeners to step into the “space between” where they can examine their integrity to its fullest.

Since the book’s release in June 2023 by Austin Macauley Publishers, Angela has received many accolades from readers. She continues to be invited to speak and be interviewed by long-time podcast hosts from around the globe.

Success Has Different Meanings What Is Yours?

Success means different things to different people.

The definition we have–consciously or unconsciously–informs how we lead, create, design our company’s focus, strategies, processes, and systems, and even determines the talent needed to achieve realization. If we are mindless and purposeless in our approach to defining success, we often fall short of what we hoped for. We feel empty and live in a narrative of “should, would, could”. Although this sounds easy, defining success, rarely, if ever is.

Leaders who lead organizations are blind to the necessity of taking care of what makes success successful. Much attention is placed on the external and more tangible aspect of success–goal achievement. While its internal twin sister is often an afterthought–the person that attained the goal.

Creating a culture of success is a mindful, disciplined, and structured emergent coordination of conversations and practices that everyone on the executive team and throughout the organization must learn and engage in if the goal is to achieve individual and collective levels of prosperity. Client organizations and leaders who are looking to take their own leadership, their executive team’s performance, and their organization to the next level need to look no further. We’ve been successful at this game and have partnered with many CEOs, entrepreneurs, movement makers, and their executive teams and boards to embrace and experience change as the driver behind their inevitable success.

Conversations are rarely neutral. Conversations live on the spectrum of being productive to unproductive, constructive to destructive. The primary purpose of conversation is to coordinate and effectively move action forward for the sake of reaching a goal—ideally a shared goal.

Trust Requires Us to Be Adults. Not victims of circumstance. Not rescuers trying to fix or save colleagues relationships, making everyone feel a bit better. Not persecutors who look to place blame and foster shame in others.
