About Sayhii

Sayhii says ‘hi’ every day.

Now, more than ever, the focus is on humans. What they need, what they value, feeling heard while being able to use their voice. People crave belonging. Sayhii uses human data to drive the next relevant conversation with predictive and prescriptive insights. Fostering ways to be more productive and fulfilled in the workplace.

Sayhii is complex data science wrapped in a very simple interface. In a nutshell, it's a way to gauge and act on employee sentiment covering a multitude of issues and values. To know, at any given point in time, how your team is feeling and what they need, is imperative. Sayhii was built for this. This is a powerful tool for any leader.

The company was founded as a Wyoming-based LLC on May 24, 2021, by co-founder Amy Gurske (after an initial pinky-swear promise on May 10th, 2021). Amy contributed half the seed money, of $200,000 each, and lead the product development and daily operations and decision making, while focusing on branding, content, and outreach. We officially launched in October 2021 and are looking to onboard our first clients in 2022.

About the Founders

Amy Gurske is a right- and left-brain innovator, self-proclaimed “lifetime student”, and human behavior guru. While obsessed with process, data, and technology, Amy went beyond her undergrad roots of engineering to pursue multiple degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to best understand why humans act the way they do to better understand their unique needs. With a 20+ year diverse career in Corporate America working as a leader across teams such as Management Consulting, Global Supply Chain, Change Management, and Solutions Architecture, Amy realized the only glass ceiling that exists is the one we put on ourselves and has made it one of her goals to help as many people break down those barriers and celebrate the differences that allow us to innovate and thrive. A natural step, Amy co-founded Sayhii.

When not listening and learning about humans, you can find Amy and her partner, Josh, in their Upstate New York garden, fostering for area animal shelters, or hiking with their two dogs Martha and Emmy. You can find Amy on LinkedIn.
