I’m Honored to Be Named IAOTP’s 2026 Female Trailblazer of the Year

I’m honored to share that I’ve been named the 2026 Female Trailblazer of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

This recognition reflects work that has been deeply meaningful to me throughout my career: helping leaders create greater alignment, navigate complexity, and move forward with intention. I’m grateful to the leaders, teams, colleagues, and clients who continue to invite me into conversations that matter and make this work possible.

I’ll be honored alongside fellow award recipients at IAOTP’s 2026 Annual Awards Gala at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
